SAD-H goes 'live' and Impatex software works fine

I'm pleased to report that some Impatex customers have successfully transmitted SAD-H entries 'live' on CCS-UK, CNS and MCP. Dover Harbour Board will not be switching their system over to SAD-H until tomorrow, at which time one of our customers in Dover will send through a 'live' entry on SAD-H, hopefully without problems.Understandably, there were a few issues with CHIEF, principally with routing and error messages, but none of these affected our software, nor required any changes to it.
We are confident that as long as our users migrate in an orderly fashion, using the migration schedule that we have put forward, or work to their own, then we will be able to cope on support, as most of the issues are to do with what codes to input rather than problems with the actual software.
In order to help users in that area, we have also added all the various guides onto the 'Help' menu within our software, along with all the links to HMRC's documents on SAD-H.
