Change of Freepost Address for sending Export
Accompanying Documents to HMRC
Introduction
Customs Information Paper (09) 45 titled ‘Export Control System (ECS) – The
UK as an Office of Exit’, provided a freepost address for exporters to send
Export Accompanying Documents (EADs) to HMRC, in relation to Indirect
Export movements from another Member State, where the UK is the Office of
Exit and is discharging the EAD. Please see CIP (09) 45 for background
details.
New Freepost Address
Please note that the freepost address mentioned in CIP (09) 45 for sending
EAD and other supporting evidence of Export in relation to the above
mentioned movements has now changed to
FREEPOST RSGB-SXRC-YBYR
